Virtual Industry Satellite Symposia (ISS)
Scientifically oriented sessions that take place outside the official ACSCD scientific program. The Industry Satellite Symposia programs are reviewed for balance and rigour by the Program Committee.
Options (included in price):
1. Live with polls and Q&A
2. Pre-recorded presentations with at the end of session (within the 90 minutes) time for polls and Q&A
3. Pre-recorded
Companies arrange their pre-recordings through their own supplier, but need approval of ACSCD for chosen format.
Companies can use the recorded content as enduring material for posting on their own website. ACSCD will own the copyright of the recording. Content of the program belongs to the company.
The recorded session will remain on-demand for up to 1 month on the Virtual congress platform and only accessible to registered participants (registration possible until 15 May 20201 18.00 WAT).
Any changes in the pre-program (such as titles, speakers, etc.) are subject to the approval by the Congress. Proposals for changes, in order to ensure an efficient handling, should be sent to ACSCD as soon as these occur.

It is mandatory for the organizing company to register their staff, speakers and chairs of the Industry Satellite Symposium. For these registrations the 10 free congress registrations should be used. Virtual Industry Science Update (ISU)
Industry Science Update sessions offer companies the opportunity to move from commercially oriented exposure to more focused, scientifically driven engagement with participants.
These sessions are designed to provide industry the opportunity to present on a specific topic. The program takes place in parallel with the official ACSCD scientific program and will be published as an industry activity together with other industry sessions and the virtual exhibition.
Options for additional charge:
1. Live with polls and Q&A and (at extra cost of USD 1,500)
2. Pre-recorded presentations with at the end of session (within the 60 minutes) time for polls and Q&A (at extra cost of USD 1,000)
3. Pre-recorded

It is mandatory for the organizing company to register their staff, speakers and chairs of the Industry Science Exchange session. For these registrations the 4 free congress registrations should be used. Industry Product Theatre (IPT)
Hands-on Industry Product Theatre sessions provide a forum for presenting to participants on a broad range of issues, including new treatment approaches, the uses of specific medications, clinical insights, innovative services and product demonstrations.
Option:
1. Only pre-recorded option with a fixed 30 minutes time slot is possible for these sessions
Pre-recording will be produced by the organizing company.
Companies can use the recorded content as enduring material for posting on their own website. ACSCD will own the copyright of the recording. Content of the program belongs to the company.
The recorded session will remain on-demand for 1 months on the Virtual congress platform and only accessible to registered participants (registration possible until 15 May 2020, 18.00 WAT).
