ACSCD 2020 information will be available in 1st quarter of 2020.
ACSCD recognizes the importance of providing assistance to Congress Participants from low- and middle-income countries (following the World Bank classification). With this objective in mind, abstract submitters have the opportunity to apply for a Travel Grant.
To be eligible for a Travel Grant, applicants must respond to the following criteria:
- Submit an abstract before the 15 August 2019 deadline.
- Work, be engaged, or study full time in sickle cell or a related field; or be a sickle cell patient.
- Work or live in a low- or middle-income country
- Have an adequate command of English
