Thank you for choosing to speak at the 2021 African Congress on Sickle Cell Disease to be held Virtually, from 25 - 29 May 2021.
This page is designed to streamline your submission process as we gather information about your presentation(s), biography, photograph and social handle. These would be applied towards building your speaker profile on the main congress website, announcements on official congress social media platforms and the congress online preliminary program.
The submission form is built to be flexible, providing an option to submit your presentation and biography information at once or just your biography while you work around defining your presentation information.
NB: Please note that incomplete forms cannot be saved.
