The Africa Hub is a highlight of the Congress. Africa Hub provides an unparalleled oppportunity for Sickle Cell Support Organizations to enhance their organization’s visibility, launch a project, present a workshop, meet donors and prospective partners and/or make a presentation about their community reach or organization.
Africa Hub exhibitors automatically qualify to present their new, ongoing or pending projects that are generating exciting results and to discuss these results with interested attendees during the African Cafe Sessions in the Congress Program .
This year, there is no fee to exhibit in the Africa Hub. Only organization that meet the criteria for admission will be granted an Africa Hub booth and The deadline to apply for Africa Hub is March 31, 2021. All applications are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
Booth Award Criteria
- Organizations must be a registered non-profit with a focus on addressing sickle cell in Africa
- Organizations must present proof of past, current or planned projects focused on addressing sickle cell disease in the African Region
- Organization should have a good track record for implementation, measuring outcomes and driving impact.
