Registration and Technical Support

What do I need to participate in ACSCD 2021?

To participate virtually, you will need a computer or mobile device with a speaker, microphone, webcam, high speed internet connection and the Chrome browser (preferred but not the only browser that will work). To ensure the optimal experience, we suggest using a desktop or laptop computer, though you will be able to access the congress through the browser on your mobile or tablet device as well as via the platform app for mobile. Note that you will not need to download an application to your computer. The experience will be completely browser-based, taking place within the virtual event platform. As we get closer to ACSCD 2021, instructions will be shared on how to access the virtual platform as well as a guide on best practices.

You will also be asked to agree to the Virtual Congress Attendee Terms and Conditions upon registering.

What are the fees to participate in the virtual congress?

Please visit the Registration page for pass type inclusions and fees.

Register before April 31 to save on an Access Pass (early rate).

How do I register?

All participants must register for a pass in order to attend ACSCD 2021. This information will be posted on our website here: https://acscd.org/registration.

Once registered, how do I access ACSCD 2021?

ACSCD 2021 will be hosted on a website. You will use the browser on your computer or the platform app on your tablet or mobile device to access it. Before the congress begins, all attendees will receive an email from ACSCD containing a link to the platform where they will log in using their credentials and complete their profile.

The platform will open to attendees and exhibitors on May 17, though content will not air until May 25.

What technical support will be available?

A support button will be available on every page of the virtual platform, acting as a staffed help desk. A Resource Centre in the platform and on the Congress website will feature “How-to”’ videos and PDF resources. Live video training will be scheduled for speakers, exhibitors and sponsors.
